Since early March 2017, Microsoft has announced that it will block updates for Windows 7 and 8.1 on computers with next generation processors. This generation includes: Intel Kaby Lake (aka 7th Gen Core), AMD RYZEN, Snapdragon 820 and above. That is, this hardware will only work stably with ten. (see screenshot u.to/yjGKFQ)
The Incompatible Hardware window is a purely commercial measure from Microsoft to “force” users to upgrade to Windows 10. The company artificially restricts user choices so that they don't install the “outdated” 7 on new hardware.

Kaspersky Rescue Disk is a special program designed to scan and disinfect infected x86 and x64-compatible computers. The application is used when the level of infection is such that it is not possible to disinfect the computer using anti-virus programs or disinfection utilities (for example, Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool) that are run under the operating system.
Kaspersky Rescue Disk can also be updated from under any Windows by running the corresponding shortcut from the "JINN" folder from the created USB drive.
Antivirus databases are missing in the assembly, before using them, update them by running the appropriate shortcut from the "JINN" folder from the created USB drive! You need approximately 150-350MB of additional free space on your USB drive.

To add the assembly of Sergei Strelets to Jinn'sLiveUSB, download the assembly of Sagittarius, extract the SSTR folder from its image to the "Components" folder of Jinn'sLiveUSB and write the selected components using the "Write to USB flash drive" program.
