How to hack WiFi using Android?

Continue only if your device falls into one of the categories below. Otherwise, it is a waste of time and energy. Use Cyanogen ROM for better results.
Android Device must be rooted.
Android device must support the BCmo the application (ie Broadcom bcm4329 / 4330 WiFi should have the chipset. [OR]
[Update] You 'BCmo unsupported devices' and 'devices that support external WiFi card' can also be used to cut WiFi.
Tools Used:
bcmon app [apk] -This tool enables Monitor Mode on your rooted device with the Broadcom chipset required to cut WiFi using Android. Download
Reaver for Android or RfA - A WiFi pentesting tool that can be used to attack WPS-enabled routers, and the WPS-Pin can get the real WPA key after breaking.
WPA / WPA2 (WPS Enabled) Hacking WiFi using Android [bcmon supported devices]
Download and install the Bcmon app.
Run Bcmon. It might crash at first but keep trying. If it still crashes after 3-4 attempts, the device may not be supported.
Install the firmware and tools as desired. Click on 'Enable monitor mode'.
Download, install and run Reaver.
Reaver scans the current access point. Note that it can only hack WPS-enabled WiFi. Make sure 'Monitor Mode' is turned on. Make sure the "Automatic advanced settings" box is checked.
Select the network to be attacked and tap "Start Attack". It will take 2-10 hours to cut. And sometimes it will never succeed depending on the type of router.
WEP Type WiFi Hacking Using Android Phone
WEP is an outdated, weak protweak protocol to secure WiFi and is no longer preferred because it can be attacked in seconds. However, it is still used all over the world due to lack of awareness. The instructions below explain how you can use your android device to hack a WEP protected WiFi network.

bcmon application is also used here. So download and install as described above
Tap “Run BCM terminal”. This will launch a terminal similar to most Linux terminals.
Type Airodump-ng and tap the Enter button. Type airodump-ng wlan0 in the newly opened window and tap the Enter button.
Open Reaver and write down the WiFi (Access point) name, Mac Address and WiFi broadcast channel you want to disconnect. Make sure it has WEP.
Now we can start scanning the target WiFi and collect the packages. Type the following
airodump-ng -c channe –bssid MAC address -w output file ath0
Note: channe = broadcast channel, MAC address = Mac Address of the router you noted earlier. -w is for specifying the name of the output file. In the example, I provided an output file. So the full command looks like this.
airodump-ng -c 9 –sid 00: 14: 6C: 7E: 40: 80 -w output file ath0
Continue scanning until you have collected 20,000-30,000 packages.
After enough packets have been collected, return to the terminal and type aircrack-ng outputfile * .cap and tap Enter. The Aircrack program will try to crack the WiFi password from the unpacked packages.
Cracking can take hours. Finally a Message Key Found! and then the key appears in hexadecimal format. The key will only work if Probability ”is 100%.
Remove the ":" key. i.e. 19: 04: 56: 77: 94, the key is 1,904,567,794.
