Create Single Virtual Contact File
One can create separate virtual contact files for each Excel file added in the software. Individually created virtual contact files for every Excel, will be saved with original file name in the local system so that users can manage them easily. Batch Export Excel Contacts
SysTools Mac Excel Converter software is capable enough to convert Excel contacts to Portable Document Format on Mac and Windows OS. The software provides an option to create single file per Excel contact and generates separate file for each added Excel file. Moreover, one can check its 'Enable Mapping' option to map Excel file columns with PDF columns and unchecking this option will export all Excel contacts with original Excel fields.
Different File for Different OS
Windows and Mac are two different operating systems and their internal structure as well. This is the reason why some of the Mac OS files are not supported by Windows. This option will map all the Excel columns of the selected file to respected file columns and users can export the mapped contacts easily. Besides, one can also map Excel columns with selected file columns manually and include/exclude desired contact fields.
