InstantGet is a download manager created by Kylinsoft. As many other download managers, this one allows you to organize all your downloads, choosing which one you want to make a priority to. It also gives you the ability to pause and resume any downloading file.
In order to start a download using InstantGet, you can either drag and drop a link into the application window or enter the download link into the address field provided. Then the program will immediately start downloading the file. The developers claim that the download is done five times quicker than with other similar products or than through a standard downloading procedure. This is because the file is supposedly split into five sections, which are treated as separate downloads and then merged into the original file, once all the parts have been downloaded. However, the download speed did not seem to vary much with InstantGet.
