[MMO] Hide - Support for hiding text for XenForo 2 2.2.0

Add-on support for hiding text for XenForo forum 2. Support 14 bbcode to hide according to different parameters:

• Hide text from club members;
• Hide text by number of days;
• Hide text for groups;
• Hide text by number of likes;
• Hide text by number of messages;
• Hide text until user replies to topic;
• Hide the text until the user responds to the topic and clicks on the topic;
• Hide the text until the user replies to the topic or clicks on the topic;
• Hide text by amount of resources (Requires installation of Resource Manager add-on, otherwise please turn off this bbcode);
• Hide text until the user clicks on the theme;
• Hide text from users;
• Hide text from certain users;
• Hide text by user id;

Add-on with group setting to view hidden content. Setup for club members.
