  • Truly edit PDF documents. With ABBYY FineReader 15 you can edit any PDF-files, including scans, as easily as familiar text documents. You can rewrite or add entire paragraphs, change the formatting of text, edit the contents of cells in tables, and completely change the structure of the document.
  • Export document comparison results (Corporate only). In addition to exporting the differences to a PDF with comments or a list of differences in Microsoft Word, you can now also save the comparison results as a Microsoft Word document in Track Changes. This will allow you to easily accept or reject proposed amendments and refine the document.
  • Convert documents with more precision. Advanced technologies of ABBYY OCR with elements of artificial intelligence allow to increase the accuracy of text recognition in various languages, as well as improve automatic tag generation when converting files to PDF and PDF / UA formats. Intelligently evaluating the quality of text layers in PDFs created from other applications allows for more accurate results when converting to editable formats.
  • Manage licenses across your organization. A new type of Remote User license allows organizations to use ABBYY FineReader 15 with desktop and application virtualization solutions (for example, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Citrix XenApp, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops). Named users get access to the program. In addition, there are new options for configuring ABBYY FineReader 15 settings for deployment using Group Policy Objects (GPO).
