1- Contact iBoy to register your Serial Number
2-Install 3utools , open it and go to flash & JB Tab
3- Downgrade your iPad to iOS 6.1.3 : (download iPSW of ios 6.1.3 after Download click Flash)
4- When flash complete you will stuck on iOS 6.1.3 Activation Screen
5- Open iBoyinc iCloud Bypass Tool and click Bypass button
6-Now iCloud Activation lock has bypassed, to finish actvation steps go at Homescreen
7- Now you Can Update iPad from OTA (Setting>General>Softwareupdate) to ios 8.4.1
8- When you finish the update. Your iPad its ready to Jailbreak And Delete Setup.app folder to keep your idevice bypassed after reboot.

iPad 2,4 (tethered bypass)

1- Open iBoyinc iCloud Bypass Tool and Click Bypass
2- And iCloud Bypass Done
3-Your iPad its ready for use . After reboot u will need to use again the iBoyinc iCloud Bypass Tool .
